A lot of people are talking about the owners of their buildings that hasn't reported their stay in Thailand, what are people doing in these situations?

Say for instance someone has been living in the same place for 3 years but the owners never reported it, what then?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Many expats are facing issues with their landlords not reporting their residence to the immigration office, particularly concerning the TM30 form. In cases where someone has lived in a place for an extended period, such as three years, without the owner's report, it falls upon the tenant to clarify this situation directly with their immigration office. Seeking guidance from local immigration authorities is essential to address any concerns regarding compliance with Thai visa rules.

Okay, that's between you and the owner and the immigration office you deal with.

.

IF you can't find your answer in it, you need to go to the immigration office you use and ask them what you can do
