Can anyone advise please as I will be applying for the dtv visa soon. My preferred soft power would be a Thai culinary course however I really want to locate to Hua Hin and there are no dtv approved cooking schools there. I do not really want to do Muay Thai but what other options would I have for Hua Hin please. Dont mind a little travel on a weekly basis but not too far

Will tell you clear. Cooking classes should have license. Official website and school must be ready to send email to embassy. If they can do that, you can go to Vietnam in HCM and submit there.

Maybe you can choose a cooking school in BK and travel there for the lesson.

My 6-month course (total 8 lessons) with Arun Thai (registered before Nov 2025) lets me finish in 1 year. So technically I don't even have to attend the sessions every month.
