Looking for advise we would like to bring my Thai niece to stay with us for several months any special documents required to fly out of Thailand, as we currently live out of Thailand, I assume would at least need something signed by both parents? Anyone
Hi trying to call the Thai embassy London and is just ringing out. My question is do I need a solicitor to sign the letter her dad has wrote to say I can take her as she has his last name not mine? I have all paper work to prove she is mine and this is for a 2 week holiday. Can anyone help 🙏
New requirement for thailand. If you are traveling to Thailand with your child / children and only one of the parents are traveling you need to get letter from the other parent allowing the child to travel and this needs to stamped and signed by a lawyer with out this you are unable to travel. We got denied boarding yesterday on Air France.
