I have a DTV visa and so does my husband. We applied for my daughter as dependent for me but for some reason it's came back as my husband. Can I still travel alone with her in and out of Thailand? Is there any other problems I might face it not being on my visa? It was all my information that was supplied for visa. We do not share the same last name.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A mother in Thailand with a DTV visa has encountered an issue where her daughter's dependent visa is issued under her husband's name. She seeks clarification on whether she can travel alone with her daughter and if there are potential problems due to not sharing the same last name. A comment suggests that while there is no problem with her traveling, carrying a letter from the husband granting permission and a copy of his passport is advisable to prevent any issues at immigration.
There’s no problem with you travelling with her per se, but because you don’t share the same last name then you’re probably best to travel with a letter from your husband and a copy of his passport that says he allows you to travel with your daughter. Perhaps you’ll never be asked for it but it’s best to have in case you are.
