What is the form required for approval to marry in Thailand from the embassy?
Does anyone out there have a copy of the form that they have to have to get approval to Mary in Thailand that you get from the embassy

I searched for this online and I couldn’t find it. I have an appointment at the US embassy this afternoon and I think they give you the form there. They don’t allow phones inside so write down your address and any other information you think you will need. Bring cash for the fees.
