Anyone having problems submitting online request for appointment at the US Embassy in Bangkok? I have tried several times to complete request and when I do the final submission, nothing happens as it just takes back to start page.. Not￼ a visa request but a notarial request. I am a American citizen recently married to a Thai citizen.
