Hello need advice please.

Coming to ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡ญ in November. UK passport holder. Have 8 weeks, want to to do 2 in Laos.

I have two options, which would you advise?

Come to ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡ญ on 30 day visa exempt, before 30 days is up travel to Laos by air, so have proof of onward travel. Stay in Laos for 2 weeks, travel back to ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡ญ via land and re-enter on another 30 day visa exempt.

Or

Get 60 day tourist visa into ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡ญ, stay for 6 weeks, leave for Laos assume via โœˆ as I would still need proof of onward journey. Then re- enter ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡ญ via land on visa exempt and have last couple of days in BKK before flying home.

Are both options feasible and legal with the different visas?

Thanks in advance

Hey guy, can anyone confirm the requirements for a marriage visa from Phuket's immigration office. Most of all I need to know 1) if money needs to be transfered from abroad, 2) how long before the application they needs to be in the bank account and 3) how many days before expiring of my current visa should I apply for a marriage one? Thanks.

Can you extend your stay if you entered the country under Visa Exemption? (not visa on arrival). Thanks in advance.

30 Day Tourism Extension

With reference to the quote below. Are you able to apply for a tourist visa (30 days) within Thailand on the day your existing visa or extension expires. Let's say for example, a non-immigrant B one year extension?

F. DO I NEED TO GET A 30 DAY EXTENSION OF STAY BASED ON TOURISM BEFORE BEING ALLOWED TO GET A 60 DAY EXTENSION OF STAY BASED ON UNABLE TO TRAVEL DUE TO COVID-19? โ€จAt most immigration offices, yes, you must apply for a 30 Day Extension of Stay Based on Tourism before applying for a 60 Day Extension of Stay Based on Unable to Travel Due to COVID-19.
