I'm online doing 90 day report

Have reached step 3 where red text at bottom of page gives IMORTANT NOTE.

according to info I saved from TVA I only need complete the fields starred with red. This page called Personal Infirmation has no red stars. I ticked the box at the very bottom which asks that I read and agree etc...clicked Accept button....and nothing?

What am I not doing right?

I have already previously visited Jomtien immagration and have my receipt stapled in my passport stating next report due 02 Feb 2019.

Can I get some feedback please?

I am in a hurry, but I just deleted a post of a OP which posted full details of her passport. I happy that you got the O-A in US.
