TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a Thai visa, many applicants have questions about whether they should redact their banking information in the submitted statements. Responses vary; some individuals choose to redact certain account details for privacy, while others believe it is better to submit the unedited versions to avoid complications, as official documents typically include both name and account numbers to validate legitimacy.
I asked the bank to provide me a statement for issuing a visa. They obviously show my name and my bank account number to prove that's legit. Redacting documents isn't a good idea (just my 2 cents)

There should be no issue redacting the account numbers

Yes I did, only a few of the numbers of the account and in our case 3 numbers of the BSB number but not the name obviously.

3 months in Cambodia.

6 months* They want it unedited as you received from requesting statement. You just need to encrypt if it is password protected.
