Hi All, I’m looking for an immigration lawyer to help me with my application and information on for the DTV visa for me and my family, We are looking to move at the beginning of July this year.

We are from Canada so I’m not sure if we should be speaking to the Vancouver consulate or an immigration lawyer from Thailand or who we should be speaking with. For those of you from Canada who have successfully gotten your DTV can you point me in the right direction of who you used?

Also if from Vancouver consulate for Thailand does anyone know if you needed 500,000 THB for children aswell? Or just the primary applicant and spouse? Trying to also figure out how much to have in our bank saved for when we apply.

Children will be homeschooled so not needing the education Visa for them if that helps.

I would like to ask about the approval chances for a Syrian citizen applying for a Tourist Visa to Thailand. The applicant has been living and working in Dubai for almost 4 years, with a valid job, legal bank statements, and everything is legal.

Does anyone know how high the approval rate usually is for Syrians applying for a Tourist Visa?

And maybe if there are trusted consultants who can help prepare all the documents and guide through the process?
