Current advice for first time uk visitor visas is to apply to visit for no more than 4-6 weeks. But I read that visas are always issued for 6 months. Does that mean if the visitor wants to stay a little longer than originally stated, there are no issues or repercussions?

Good morning, I'm thinking of joining my estate committee but no one seems able to tell me if this could have any legal, financial or visa implications, so wondered if any one has any information or experience?

The estate doesn't have any 3rd party insurance so I'm wondering who would bear responsibility in case of an accident or potential claim.

Thanks for any advice

I have a question about possibly adding more problems to the issue of being South African and trying get a non B visa: i am going back to SA in April to (hopefully) get my non B visa. While I am there I also need to get a new passport. Does anyone know what the implications would be of applying for my new passport and then using the old one to apply for my visa while I'm waiting for the new one? Essentially I would be getting a visa put into a passport which would be replaced by a new one before I board a plane out of the country. Does anyone have any experience with this kind of situation, and would I be able to leave for Thailand with my unused visa in my old passport? TIA

Hello guys. I will probably be relocated to Thailand office by my company and I have two visa options i.e. non immigrant B as the company can send me the documents needed and non immigrant O as I am married with a Thai citizen. Would you please advise what the implications are for each option? (We plan our future in Thailand). Thanks.

Good morning everyone, URGENT question on behalf of a friend:

"What are the visa implications of the (red?) overstay stamp? I know it means that they CAN refuse you entry, but I'm trying to get an idea of likely that is...

Thank you so much in advance for your answers!
