I might be another person with there account shut down, any one else that had there bank account shut down get this error when trying to scan for purchases?

lol no your account is not locked. Same thing happened to me with bkk bank about 20 hours ago, restart the app or don’t scan a QR. I got this from scanning a QR but just transferred

Clear the app cache and try again.

I have this issue at least once a month with Bangkok Bank. It's a trash app.

 thanks mate I’ll give it a go but I called up before this post was approved and my accounts been frozen. The annoying thing is you can’t just go down and withdraw your money and close the account.

 yeah I just wish they picked a better time I’m in the middle of moving and now need to find money to pay people cause my funds are frozen and they won’t let me withdraw them.
