Does anyone have an up to date, English language list of requirements needed by Jomtien immigration for a 1 year extension of stay based on marriage to a Thai?

I've just been in and all they have is a list printed in Thai which seems strange as surely everyone who wants to apply will be non Thai?

With the best will in the world this isn't something my wife could confidently deal with.

--- Non O 1 Year Extension Question ---

Hello and good morning. I recently got a 90 day Non O in Penang, for Guardian/Thai Child Dependent (I've seen it called different names in different places). A couple days ago I went to Phuket Immigration and got the list of documents needed for my first 1 year extension, but I forgot to ask one question there. I read somewhere that with my 90 day Non O visa I must wait 45 days or more before I can apply for the one year extension, do you know if that is true? I thought I would ask here and hopefully save the driving and waiting in line at the office for one quick question.

Just want to confirm what bank statement is needed fot immigration when i apply for non o 1 year extension based on marriage. The bank (SCB manager say he will 'take care of it' but I don't like putting all my eggs in one basket 😊 Plus it took 3 staff and 2 visits for me to add my falang mobile number to my account 😅Is it just one statement from over 2 months ago?

Hi all. I'm about to apply for my 1 year non-O extension based on marriage at CW.

My current 1 year multi entry non-O expires Nov 4. I'm stamped in on a 60 day visit family extension until Nov 25.

Noted that I will get an "under consideration" stamp when I submit.

Question: what date will the 1 year extension start from?
