Does anyone have an up to date, English language list of requirements needed by Jomtien immigration for a 1 year extension of stay based on marriage to a Thai?

I've just been in and all they have is a list printed in Thai which seems strange as surely everyone who wants to apply will be non Thai?

With the best will in the world this isn't something my wife could confidently deal with.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking an English list of requirements for a 1-year extension of stay based on marriage to a Thai at Jomtien immigration. The only available information is in Thai, which complicates the process for expats. Other users suggest visiting the immigration office directly for the latest requirements, utilizing Google Translate for Thai documents, and noting that requirements can vary between immigration offices.

Take a photo. Google translate. That is what I did.

Pay them a visit I have just completed mine in Pachubkhirirkhan (Hua Hin) and it was in many ways different from last year, The basics were the same but so many other pieces of paper required, an additional from previous times. Seems the only way you will find out is ask them personally with your wife

should be like this, but it can be a bit different from one Immigration to the other. Best is you visit them and ask for the handout list of requirements

must add: "I think they will also accept an income proof of minimum 40,000 THB monthly, but you will need an income affidavit from your embassy. Not every embassy is issuing the affidavit."
