I'm in Buriram area.

I entered on 30 day waiver.

I will extend shortly another 30 days.

Then as previously suggested by Tod do the exit and re enter with a 45 days waiver stamp.

Never done this before.

Always had longer time visas.

Any clues as to doing it from Buriram?

What options are there?

If I leave by land do I get a 45 days stamp waiver in re entry.

Where is the nearest border point to buriram?

(I know I get stopped several times driving to pattata and checked, because it is close to the border)

Buriram expats didn't respond.

So appreciate your help.

Hi everyone.

Can anybody confirm if the number of '30-day visa exempt entries' are unlimited (within a year) via air travel for a UK citizen. I know land crossing are restricted to 2 times a year.

Also, does anyone have experience obtaining more than their permitted 2 x '60-day tourist visas' within a 12 month period? e.g. by returning to their home country and then coming back to Thailand. I heard this may be possible.

Any information would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Non O retirement ext ends 3rd July, no funds to renew so as we are going to the UK anyway in Aug i am getting a new Non O multi entry when i get there. But i need to do a visa run in July, fly to Phnom Penh, but i would sooner go in June assuming i could come back on a 30 day stamp and then get another 30 days at Jomtien, is that correct ?

Hi, is it still possible to get a 30 day tourist visa in Mae Sai Myanmar? The information I could find on this site is a bit old. I want to make sure there will not be any problems before I go. I also heard that Myanmar is not charging for their visa due to low tourism. Any advice and information is appreciated. Thank you very much.

Quick question. I'm a US citizen entering Thailand on a 30 exempt visa and plan to get a 30-day extension. My flight leaving the country is 56-days from entering. Will they let me in if I say I'm applying for an extension or do I have to show a flight leaving before 30-days?

I have a British passport SETV which expires on Saturday 10 March 2018 and I plan to do a border crossing at Mae Sai and come back in the same day. Is it still currently possible to do this and get a 30 day visa exempt entry back into Thailand, also without proof of onward travel out of Thailand?

I have done a search and I know that the rules change quite frequently. I also see that I can pay 10USD at the border crossing into Myanmar.

I have not done a land border crossing in Thailand ever before.
