Hi, is it still possible to get a 30 day tourist visa in Mae Sai Myanmar? The information I could find on this site is a bit old. I want to make sure there will not be any problems before I go. I also heard that Myanmar is not charging for their visa due to low tourism. Any advice and information is appreciated. Thank you very much.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can get a 30-day visa exempt entry stamp at the Mae Sai-Tachiliek border as long as you haven't already used two 30-day visa-exempt entries by land in the same year. There is a fee of 500 baht (or a pristine $10 bill) for stamping in and out of Myanmar. Additionally, you can extend the 30-day entry once for another 30 days at an immigration office for 1900 baht. If you have a specific entry history, you should not encounter any problems.

I am waiting for my work permit. I have two 60 day tourist visas (land border) 1 non-B and 1 non-O in the last year. I am currently on the non-O. I just need a bit of extra time to get my paperwork processed. Will I have any problems?

Nope, with that entry history you won't have any problem bouncing out and back in at Mae Sai - Tachiliek for a 30 day visa exempt entry

Keep in mind you can extend a 30 day visa exempt entry stamp once by 30 days at the immigration office in your area for 1900baht ;)

You can get a 30 day visa exempt entry stamp at the Mae Sai - Tachiliek border with Myanmar IF you don't have TWO 30 day visa exempt entries by land already this year.

You don't get a visa to Myanmar to stamp in and out there, you pay 500baht (or a pristine 10 US dollar bill) to get stamped in and out of Myanmar

There is NO such thing as a 30 day tourist visa :/
