Can I do a visa run to Phnom Penh and return to Thailand on a 30-day stamp in June?
Non O retirement ext ends 3rd July, no funds to renew so as we are going to the UK anyway in Aug i am getting a new Non O multi entry when i get there. But i need to do a visa run in July, fly to Phnom Penh, but i would sooner go in June assuming i could come back on a 30 day stamp and then get another 30 days at Jomtien, is that correct ?
Answer summary
The user is seeking advice on completing a visa run to Phnom Penh in June, prior to the expiration of their Non-O retirement visa. They are considering returning with a 30-day Visa Exempt Entry and want to confirm their eligibility to apply for an extension or a new tourist visa upon re-entry or during the visa run.

Yes, you can come back using the 30 day Visa Exempt Entry and than apply for the 30 day Extension of Stay or apply during your stay in Phnom Penh for a Single Entry Tourist Visa which gives you 60 days of stay at entry back in Thailand.
