Hello everyone,

I am going to Thailand soon and I am planning on staying for 30 days, the thing is that the only way to get a visa is through filling the new online e-visa form but the issue is that to do it I need to be

for example in malaysia 15 days beforehand since it asks for a proof of existance in the set country and the website also states that from my country it isn't eligible to apply for e-visa and they tell me to head to the nearest Royal Thai embassy which is in my case the Royal Thai embassy in Kuala Lumpur.

I'll be visiting malaysia for 5 days before heading to Thailand and since they stopped the visa walk-in process in Kuala Lumpur Royal Thai embassy the only solution that I have is a VOA for 15 days which Tunisia is eligble for. But what i wanna know is, will it be possible to leave Thailand after 15 days and head to Kuala for 2 nights and then take another flight back to Thailand and get another VOA for 15 days to finish my trip ?

Got my visa approved this week at Taipei, it was pretty smooth for me. I applied as a remote worker and I provided 6 months bank statements, employment contract, remote work agreement and a letter from the company. Tbh it seemed they were mainly interested in the bank statements.

I was a bit worried as I have only just started the job and haven't received a paycheck yet, but it all went fine.

There were a few others applying who seemed to get quite a grilling, but I think it may have been because they had more complex situations that the staff couldn't quite understand, but I believe everyone got approved in the end.

If you've got any questions, ask away. And thank you to this group, you've all been very helpful!

I successfully applied for the DTV in Taipei and have the visa in my passport. However, I just noticed that they have listed “TWN” (Taiwanese) as my nationality, which is incorrect. I have already left Taiwan. Can this be fixed in Thailand? I would prefer not to have to travel back to Taiwan just for this.

Does anyone have any links to official sources that state you can or cannot enter Thailand while waiting for you DTV to be approved? (Mostly I just see heresay of varying opinions on this). I know you will have to leave the country again to activate it, which isn't an issue for me. I would just like to head back there this weekend to take care of some things. I'll be leaving again next weekend anyways.

Hi Guys

Once you have the DTV is there a time limit for when you need to enter Thailand by? Or can you come whenever you want? I already have my DTV but only plan on coming over next year.

Question: My husband just had his DTV approved. He did the process in China. Can I apply for the DTV as a spouse in Vietnam or does it need to be in the same country where his was issued, in this case China.🧐
