Can I use capital growth from mutual funds as passive income for the LTR visa in Thailand?

Hi guys, just regarding the LTR visa. I have mutual funds that have a Capital growth , it doesnt pay dividends. The statement shows an annualised grown in capital.

Would that be enough to show as passive income for the LTR visa.
