Is it possible to obtain a DTV visa through an agency without a bank statement and at a high fee?

Hello my friends speaking with an agency saying will get DTV visa (Indian passport) - Agent saying that no Bank Statement required and will get it done from Cambodia. Asking 5x of actual amount

Is this really possible? They got very good pictures of actual people getting visa posted regularly.

I have an appointment on December 6 in Vientiane and I just learnt that there is a public holiday on December 10 which is my passport pick up day.

Does this mean that my passport pick up date has now been moved to December 11? And if so what time are they usually ready for pick up?

Do i have to use a laptop or mobile I have tried so many times but it just keeps on saying payment failed or cancelled.I am using a debit card .tried chrome mobile and desktop,also tried using the app.
