To anybody who applied for DTV in Kuala Lumpur, have you been able to pass it without fulfilling those requirements and if so, how you managed to do that? My case: no relevant embassy in Malaysia and unable to proceed.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster is seeking advice on applying for a DTV visa in Kuala Lumpur despite not being able to fulfill the required documentation due to the lack of a relevant embassy in Malaysia. One commenter emphasizes the difficulty of circumventing document requirements, recommending that the poster consider applying elsewhere instead of risking rejection.
And Cayman Islands one theoretically through British but the one in Malaysia also refused.

Anonymous participant 945 Good catch and logic move. I did. They don't care about it either unfortunately. But I still can't explain as nobody ever responds to anything, e-mail or phones. Once I managed to connect after long time. Thai woman barely speaking English told me to send e-mail. It was 10 days ago. Just scandalous service.
Switzerland and Cayman Islands. I need both for those docs.

If the embassy you apply through asks for documents you can't just "pass through without fulfilling" the request. Malaysia has been known to be one of the strictest places to apply even as far back as last fall. You can try to write a letter stating why you can't provide those items but are probably better off to take loss on the fee and apply elsewhere.
As you can imagine, filling pockets of some scammers with 1600 MYR is not something I like.

OrangeLion756 It's not a scam when the website for the Thai embassy in KL clearly lists the requirements. They have a DTV checklist that you can download that states exactly what they are asking you to provide, it's item 9. It has also been discussed in this group. The information was out there, unfortunately you missed it while doing your research where to apply. Your only option is to try and get the embassies your deal with to provide you copies of what's required. If you can't do that, you'll be rejected. Not all embassies have this requirement so you need to do research if you decide to apply elsewhere. Hopefully better luck next time if you can't make this application work.
I can't write anything to them as they do not pick up phones or answer e-mails for weeks.

OrangeLion756 It may sound a bit odd, but one can send them a cover letter through the requested document upload. Many of us have done that to explain our personal situation. In your case it does not look very promising though, I have to admit.
