When opening a bank account, do you receive a bank book or is it all on a banking App?

If I apply for the non o-a visa in Australia can I use the 65k thb option instead of the 800k bank acc option

Hi everyone! I completed my 90-day report online today. This is my first time doing the 90-day report online. I have done it before a few times, but under a Student visa, and this is my first time under a DTV visa. After I filled out and submitted the form online, I received an email(see photos) - does it mean my 90-day report was approved? Do I still have to go to the immigration? TIA

I've always wanted to finally end up living in Thailand or somewhere else in SE Asia after spending decades living in Hong Kong (I can still live there too). I'm just so confused as to how to do this based on my life situation. In a nutshell (from UK and now living here ) I have a home to sell eventually if it came to that ( or rent out while im checking Thailand out). I will continue working (online teacher) and I receive alimony monthly (if that matters lol).

Im not sure which route to take 🤔. Could anyone spell it out for me in simple terms please as to the best way to make this happen :) thanks 😊 🙏

I have a question around the DTV Visa I hope someone can answer.

If I stay for 3-4 months with a DTV "soft-power" via Muay Thai 6-month invitation letter, leave for 2 months, then return for another 4 months, do Immigration check the status of the previous Muay Thai invitation on each visit? Does each return visit after 6 months require a new valid "soft-power" activity?

Can I buy and register a brand new car or new motorbike while on DTV visa?

I'm currently in Thailand and will be returning to Australia on the 4th of November. My house in Australia has been sold and settlement is the 27th of November. Can l apply for the Non- 0 visa as soon as l return. I don't have the 800,000 baht in my bank until the 27th. Can I still apply or do I have to wait until money is in account.

Just curious. Has anyone here renewed their retirement visa at Jomtien immigration in September or October under these circumstances.

1. Do it yourself ie no agent

2. Use the 65 thousand baht per month option

3. Providing statements, letter, etc from Bangkok bank

We got our DTV Visa a year ago, has anyone had to re-varify ongoing medical treatment under the "soft power" catagory? We did get dental work done last year, do we need to get a letter from our dentist again to show to immigration at the airport entering Thailand this return trip??
