I have a question around the DTV Visa I hope someone can answer.
If I stay for 3-4 months with a DTV "soft-power" via Muay Thai 6-month invitation letter, leave for 2 months, then return for another 4 months, do Immigration check the status of the previous Muay Thai invitation on each visit? Does each return visit after 6 months require a new valid "soft-power" activity?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation revolves around the DTV Visa in Thailand, specifically regarding entry and re-entry based on a Muay Thai invitation letter. Participants indicate that there is currently no requirement for having an ongoing soft power activity when entering Thailand. Immigration reportedly does not check the status of the previous invitation on re-entry, although it’s acknowledged that they can technically check anything they want. Extensions within the country do require confirmation of an ongoing activity.
Immigration can of course check anything they want so there is a possibility. But I'm not aware of anyone being checked on entry, those applying for an extension in country definitely need to have signed up for a further activity
