TDAC requirements. I will be arriving at BKK for a transit. I will arrive, go to arrival immigration, turn around and go to departure passport check. "Self transfer". I will never leave the airport.

Do I need a TDAC and if so what do I enter for where will I stay!

Hello folks , I'm Belgian and will be arriving in Thailand very soon by land. I plan to stay for six months. Am going to visit and study online. What are my best options for my stay and what do I need to do to be in compliance? Tourist visa or something else ? What are the cost. Thank you in advance ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

I have just picked up my 12 months non O marriage visa from Udon Thani immigration.

They told me that immigration police will come to see me at home but they already have been once a few weeks ago, is this normal for them to visit twice?

Hi everyone, Iโ€™m planning to retire to Thailand hopefully within the next few months. I have one question and that is once in Thailand Iโ€™m going to be living with my girlfriend in her house, would that be an issue regarding my first yearly extension.

Do I need to rent a house or a condo and show immigration the rental contract or living with my long time girlfriend in her house would that require showing any kind of documentation.

I think in advance for all your advice. ๐Ÿ™

I arrived in Hua Hin on the 10th of October and went to Immigration at Bluport to transfer my retirement Visa stamps from my old passport to my recently renewed passport. At the desk I was told to go to the main immigration office just outside of town.

I asked her how long did I have before that had to be done, but unfortunately, I didnโ€™t get a clear answer.

It would be helpful if somebody could give me an answer๏ฟผ

Just back from Samut Prakan Immigration Office for TM30.

What an ordeal, an ordinary Thai person (not working in hospitality/hotels/inns) would hardly know how to fill it in. Even if they can figure out, there are copies needed of everything. My Thai wife would not know what is needed. If I were not with her, she could not do it (never done before).

Good that I made copies before going to Thai.

A question: The clerk asked me if I needed anything more. I forgot (still tired from the bumpy flight) about Certificate of Residence. I have to go again to Imm office?

Tomorrow I will by a printer/scnanner and scan the TM30 document so those staying at their wife/girl friend place can use it, at least to know what the form is asking. I got one blank form to scan, will be printable or at least for viewing. Tomorrow.

For those needing information about filing for your 90 day stay notification this is what I found on the Thai Immigration site - I just completed my first filing (did the whole thing online) - very straight forward and took me approximately 10 minutes.
