Hi All, I was in Thailand for 3 months on a 60 day visa + 30 day extension. Left for a week to Japan. Just arrived back on a visa exemption but was told by immigration that I was getting a warning and if I were to return again in a 3 month period I would be denied entry. Was very surprised given that this is only my 2nd entry.

Question is- my plan had been to do a 30 day extension while doing the paperwork for an education visa. Is that not going to be possible now because of the warning? My intention is to use AAA school, maybe they will be helpful in sorting it out?

I’m 26 and a US citizen.

Hello you lovely helpful people. I need some advice. I want to stay in Thailand for 6 months. I would like a multi entry visa if possible. Am I right in thinking I can get a 60 day visa, leave before the 60 days is up, comeback in and I get 60 more days up to six months?? Please be gentle if I have got this completely wrong. Hello everyone. I have a question regarding Work Permit. I want to take a sabbatical leave for 6 months. If I cancel my current work permit and then 6 month later can I apply for a new work permit with the same company? FYI I have PR. So I am not concern about stay permit. Please share your experience.

What is acceptable for evidence of the monthly 65k THB bank deposits originating from US Social Security with a Non O Retirement? I’ll have 18+ months of deposits on my next extension of stay.

Is there a health or medical visa available? I'm currently undergoing treatments in Thailand, but it may take some time. Can I obtain this type of visa in Malaysia?

We have a friend from England living in Singapore that has asked me if I could write a letter of invitation for them to apply for a 6 month visa. Not sure what to do I want to help but not put my visa at risk by not being completely correct with the reason. Secondly is the visa number used as a residents number thanks in advance

Hey, I am hoping the expertise in this group will be able to help me! I initially had a 30 visa which I extended by 30 days. This will run out on the 24th of march. I have friends flying out to meet me on the 22nd-29th. I intend on travelling through Laos/Cambodia/Vietnam after my friends have left and then coming back to Thailand.

Can I get another 30 day extension on my current visa (90 days in total)? and then when I fly back from Vietnam will I be able to get another 30 days?

I was approved for my non-o retirement visa. Now, I wait for 60 days to apply for my 12 month extension. Once the 12 months extension is approved and I stay for a year. Do I reapply for the non-o visa again after the 12 months extension runs out? Or do I just keep applying for the 12 months extension every year?

Hi everyone, i have my own company here and recently i got non b and then work permit for 6 month only . Is it normal . Usually it is 3 months then can extend to one year isn’t it . Why 6 month ? Can anyone explain this
