I’m approved everyone! After 14 working days at Ho Chi Minh, 2 additional doc requests and 2 pending approvals. Be patient, I know it’s either said than done!

For anyone who applied for the DTV in Hanoi, can you share how long it took? Especially if they asked for more documentation?

I applied for a tourist e-visa online (Feb 13th)and by 18th of March (over a month), I received a request for additional documents. Since my departure flight to Bangkok is next week, do you think my visa will be approved in time? Has anyone experienced a similar situation, and do you have any advice?

Just had my visa approved from Canberra Australia under soft power medical, I first applied on 2nd Feb, 3 times they asked for additional documents,

A photo, as they didn't believe the first one was less than 6 months old.

A support letter from my husband as he financially supports me.

Certificate of registration from the medical center I am being treated for my menopause for.

It then sat on pending approval from 7th February.

Now applying for my husband's spouse visa

Are you receiving email notifications for updates on your DTC e-visa applications? I applied online with the London Embassy, and didn’t realise they had asked for additional documentation until I logged into the portal today to check the status. It says details in the email which I never received (not in spam either).

Has anyone had a DTV application rejected? Would they contact you first to provide additional information if needed before rejecting you?

I applied for the DTV visa 3 weeks ago witch included a letter from a golf school,a booked and paid cooking course and also booked an appointment for a complete physical with Bangkok hospital and its still pending so i called the consolate talked and they said i need more information.So i am not sure what else i can do except wait and see but i think my 650 dollars Canadian was a donation.
