I have the 800k but I don't think i want to tie it up in a Thai bank account. Is it worth getting an agent to sort things out?

If I apply for DTV in Laos, do I need to wait in Laos until I get approved or can I return to Thailand and get a visa exemption until DTV is approved? In other words, can I be in Thailand while the DTV approval is in process?

Is there anyone with any idea what happens when one returns to Thailand on a student visa from a language school?

I have seen many people commenting and making memes about my issue which makes me confused.

My school said I should be okay coming back as far as I get a re-entry permit.

On the other hand I don't want to loose 6900 baht for extension , re-entry permit and my ticket back to Thailand.

I have been on leave without pay from my job for the last year after having a baby and living off my partners income so I have not had any income in my bank account coming in. However I meet the $$$ criteria based on our joint savings account having over 1 million thai baht. Will that be sufficient? What additional information if any should I provide?

Hello, I am looking to get a marriage visa. I deposited the money into my Thai account, am waiting for the 2 months that it needs to be in there to come up soon. I am struggling to find the paper work to apply and the location to apply though (in Bangkok.) I was wondering if anyone knew this info. I am currently on a Tourist Visa until November 27th, and would like to change to a Marriage Visa before then.

I have the DTV visa.

I got a stamp till 5th of April and if I wanna extend for another 180 days, I can stay till October.

In the internet it says you can only extend once a year, but with once a year is then meant the year 2025 or does the year start at the date my visa got issued?

Hey all! I'm planning to visit Bangkok for 3-6 months. Should I go with the destination thailand visa or the multiple entry tourist visa?

I'm coming to train muay thai, work on some personal projects, and try to make my savings last as long as I can.

If I went with the typical ME tourist visa, how much would a typical border run cost? Also, can I get 60 days + 30 extension, then do a border run and come back and do the same 60+30 days? Or is it only 60 days?

Any information is greatly appreciated! I'm getting a headache looking online so I figured I'd just make a post here haha
