I am not too sure what is the requirement for the Muay Thai Visa. Do I have to actually go train or just pay for the class is enough ? How long of a period do I have to train and will they ask me mutliple time to provide proof of training ? Thank you

Hey guys,

Can I apply for the gym DTV with cryptocurrency account showing 500,000 baht? Or does it have to be a bank?

And can my wife and kids go under mine or does she have to apply for her own ?

Thanks so much ๏ฟผ

Hello, if youโ€™ve successfully submitted your application of DTV in Vietnam thru e-visa, can you leave the country while waiting for the result? Will they detect that you left the country? Thank you for any information.

Hope this info helps someone. I received my DTV successfully a few days ago from the Thai embassy in Jakarta, Indonesia (took 4 days) using Muay Thai Fever Gym in Chiang Mai (B15,000 for 6 months -1 private lesson per week[or fewer months if you choose to have more lessons a week, I guess]). Derry (the gentleman who does the admin) turned out to be extraordinarily thorough in doing the paperwork; he provided everything necessary and the embassy only looked at a few of the documents. The gym also has champion ๐Ÿ† instructors, really really positive people and very good equipment. ๐Ÿ‘ 10 mins from Nimman Hemin Rd.

Jakarta was full of really nice and friendly people who bent over backwards to make sure I was OK/happy; people in the embassy, restaurant workers, taxi drivers, kids in the street saying hello to me and giving me hi ๐Ÿ‘‹ 5's. Only downside was the pollution. It was also very cheap to stay there. I stayed at 'Ameera Inn' for 6 days (B2,000).

*everything else post*

I recently (and very scarily!) found out I have an allergy to (what I think) stone fruits. I went into anaphylactic shock but was treated. However, I'm pretty cautious now about what I eat as I have no idea what else I could be allergic too, I was never allergic before. I now have an EpiPen in case anything happens. But good old UK NHS can't test me for around at least 18 months.

So, two things: can anyone recommend somewhere to get fully tested for allergies please? And secondly, as I don't know what else I may have developed allergies to (๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ) what do people do in restaurants in regards to telling staff about allergies?

Shall I take an information card translated?

Please be kind, I've lived in Thailand and abroad before, but not knowing what I'm allergic to, and the worrying reaction is making me anxious. Thank you khar ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ

Edit, I'll be in Pattaya/ Jomtien

TM30 question for Bangkok. If you travel to Chiang Mai for a week, upon return to your rented apartment in BKK are you required to do another TM30?
