The words 'reputable' and 'agent' don't always go well together. Some are reputable and helpful but many are just scaremongering to influence people to buy their most expensive services.

That's a good deal. I'm in Chiangmai with a similar deal at Muay Thai Fever Gym. Training once a week for 6 months but it's flexible.

A 6 month course seems to be a safe bet compared to dental appointments and 2 week courses, although some of the cooking courses seem useful, too 😋.

Yes, it will be shown on the computer. Still, if he goes to that same point of entry, he's more likely to meet that same immigration officer.

Since it seems unusual that he was denied entry after just 1 tourist visa, I don't feel the same officer will be the sort of person who will have already reached a state of enlightenment, that will allow him to overlook petty grievances, in such a short space of time. I think it would be more prudent to err on the side of caution, in this situation.

That's what I would do.

As long as you use a different port of entry than the one where you were denied entry. Sometimes, people are stubborn and don't like to be proven wrong, in any way.

Excellent resource , along with the lists of other good muay thai gyms on your website blog section. Muaythaifever.cm

I can personally confirm that the jakarta embassy was hassle-free.

you know, it really does sound like you're living your best life, mate. Really. It's good to hear something so positive.

Good luck to you as well, mate 👍.

That sounds like you're living an extraordinary life. Cambodia 🇰🇭 is an exciting place, too; like the wild west. I bet you've got some incredible stories.

Thank you, Greg. Hopefully, I'll have a great and productive experience in Thailand 🇹🇭. I'm a bit of a workaholic so I always need to be busy. That's what makes me happy; that and sunshine 🌞.

🙂. That's so excellent to hear, Greg. It's good to know someone made it outta there & is living the good life. 👍 In that case, you are right to have luxurious abode.

I've got a few mates in C. Durham. They tell me job prospects are bleak over there.

I've been working in Sheffield & Doncaster for the last 5 years. Not as bleak and much, much easier than coal mining, but very grey weather.

I hope you and your friends have a crazy, enjoyable new year. 👍 👍

You are right but I suspect my standards of everyday living are comparatively 'thrifty'. (I'm sure others in this group will suggest less flattering synonyms, lol).

It's all about perspective. Even a B3k room is better than coming home to a non-insulated flat in Northern England, in winter, after a gruelling job.

Comparatively, I feel like I'm living the dream. 🙂 lot's of sunshine 🌞, great food 👌 😋 and a WiFi connection.

But, yes, you are right. My current room is low-end.
