I recently (and very scarily!) found out I have an allergy to (what I think) stone fruits. I went into anaphylactic shock but was treated. However, I'm pretty cautious now about what I eat as I have no idea what else I could be allergic too, I was never allergic before. I now have an EpiPen in case anything happens. But good old UK NHS can't test me for around at least 18 months.

So, two things: can anyone recommend somewhere to get fully tested for allergies please? And secondly, as I don't know what else I may have developed allergies to (🤦🏽‍♀️) what do people do in restaurants in regards to telling staff about allergies?

Shall I take an information card translated?

Please be kind, I've lived in Thailand and abroad before, but not knowing what I'm allergic to, and the worrying reaction is making me anxious. Thank you khar 🙏🏽

Edit, I'll be in Pattaya/ Jomtien

So today at asiatique no vaccines anymore is what I was told. Does anyone have up to date information where a foreigner on a visitors visa can get a booster ?

Thanks
