Hello! Just arrived in BKK now. Passport stamped for E-Visa Non O ( stamped for 90 days), Here to accompany my child for studying. I believe I would have to convert my visa to non-immigrant O 45 days before the 90 days expires.

My concerns are how do I open a local bank account to show my financial requirements to the immigration or do I must wait until till I get approved for O Visa? Must I sign a lease for one year minimum contract for my place of stay? Can i rent it from Airbnb? ( less than one year contract) Thank you 🙏

For those who entered Thailand with their DTV, just curious did anyone experience any issues? I got mine approved from Hanoi 2 weeks ago. I'm in Cambodia now and will cross the Poipet border by land on Saturday. I printed out my visa approval as well. I think most people entered from the airport so just checking if people entered via land without any issues. Thank you!

Living in Bangkok, heading to Phetchabun for New Year, stay in a motel. (TM30 completer by motel operator)

When returning to Bangkok, does my wife have to complete a TM30 when we return home?

She is telling me that I don't have to.
