Mae Sai-Tachilek is open, at least for day trips. Unlike Mae Sot-Myawaddy, it appears that Tachilek immigration will allow foreigners in to roam around the city, but with proof of vaccination or a Covid test.

are really sure about that? Because I need to go on the 12th... I only do border bounce and I have proof of 2 vaccination.. Thanks

Mae Sot border is open a month ago and can do border bounce only day return for foreigner. Not allow to stay overnight.

Foreigners can't enter Myawaddy. They can do a border bounce but must return straight away. Thai citizens can enter Myawaddy and travel around but also can't stay overnight.
