You both go to the Ampur where you were married, both taking your marriage paper with you. Tell them you want a divorce, both fill out a paper, the clerk will help you. If there are no children or assets and she doesn't want monthly payments ( hopefully she wants the divorce too ) you see the big guy, he'll talk to you a bit sign off. They'll give you each a divorce paper and you're on your merry way. takes all of an hour, no lawyer need.

Done this many times and have never been asked for an updated bank book or bank letter when I went to get the extension stamped in my passport.

I got my Non O for 1 year at the consulate in Savannakhet Laos multiple times, applied day1 in the morning, picked it up the next afternoon......

You didn't say if your wife was with you ? She is required to sign and co-sign a lot of papers too.

Register the birth with the UK Consulate ...... you will get a Notification of Birth from them... get a few originals... apply for a Uk passport for the baby. At the same time get the baby a Thai passport. A duel national..... it's easy to do

The name of the country is the United States of America, no other country uses America in their name .... that's why US Citizen are called Americans. And its on the passports .....USA, the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the USA .......

to get a US passport you need a US notification of birth, to get a Thai passport you need a Thai birth certif from the consulate, then you get a birth certif in the country you are born in, in this case Dubai, UAE.... 1 in English, 1 in Arabic ..... a result in getting everything done to avoid future problem .... He'll be 22 soon
