you cannot transit in BKK

Unless you get the thailand pass and stay 1 night in quarantine hotel if you are vaccinated.

Then you could take the flight the next day.

 I think you mean the thailand pass.

There is no way you can get STV within 18hours.

Unless you are a VIP with good connection to the government I guess

 No I have a return ticket. But it is after 60 days. They said it is totally legal to enter Thailand with a return ticket after 60 days.

 I even asked twice and they went to the visa service. They said it is totally legal to enter with a return ticket after 60 days. Because I also assumed it needs to be after 30 days.

Where could I read it this with the 30 days of return?
