I get so confused on which tm's. I thought a tm47 was the initial document and tm30 is what is filled for subsequent returns to an address... From perspective of leasee... My landlord gave me copy of tm47 and that's what I used for residency certificates, and iv'e not yet seen a tm30 document. But I also haven't stayed anywhere else yet.
Hua Hin immigration requires copie of your landlords tm47, 2 passport photos and a copy of your passport bio and stamp pages to obtain a residency certificate for driver's license. Pranburi DLT will also want passport copies, and copies of f driving license from your home country. If you have an IDP, bring it and copies too.
you can also apply for non-o from Canada through evisa. You just have to show either ฿800k in bank or show ฿65k in monthly income. No need for insurance, criminal check or medical certificate
You can still submit the additional docs as long as your application has not been rejected. If it is rejected, you can get a non-o (not OA) while here. You will probably need to use an agent to get a bank account opened and you'll need to deposit 800k before you apply. Even if your evisa is approved AFTER you enter Thailand, you can border bounce to activate it.
