, maybe you should provide some basic instructions, like sites that people should consult before they just ask that silly questions here. The laziness is not acceptable. They should spend some time googling around, visiting government sites and getting a rough idea of what is going on, and then ask, with some basic knowledge under their belts, questions from people, who would be more than happy to answer and help.
