- Bring your documents to Thai immigration and explain the situation.

- Anything they say, get in writing.

- Get a visa extension to avoid the negative mark on your passport.

At around $485 per month that's still less than half what I would pay in the states for a plan that has a $6,000 usd deductible in addition to the monthly premium of close to $1,000 per month premium.

What phone?

Setup a free Google Voice account, port your number over to the account. Will work on Wi-Fi only, but you can receive calls to the old number, SMS, 2FA. Try it out with a free number first if you like. You can select one when signing up.

I am a US citizen looking to register as a sole-proprietor, then using that as a means to obtain a business visa and work permit. So yes, it is related to immigration. Since I can register as a sole-proprietor with 100% ownership as per the Treaty, and from my understanding, am not subject to the same financial requirement for sole-proprietor registration. I'm just not an attorney with experience in such matters.

These are just agents, yes? Not immigration attorneys? Do they help with US-Thai Treaty of Amity type matters as they pertain to business/ltr visas and work permits? Thanks.
