When I applied for my LTR-P, I used a cover letter (see example) to explain my financial and health insurance submissions. You have to be very detailed and provide all the supporting documents in one PDF file (W2s, pension letters, bank statements, insurance letters, etc.) ***Also there is a check list on the LTR website for you to follow so you are submitting everything that is required.

are you normally this rude? the 800,000 THB deposit can be made in cash, but it must be deposited into a Thai bank account in your name. No source explicitly state that the deposit must arrive via international bank transfer. They focus on the account balance and bank letter verifying the deposit—not on the method of deposit. Yes for the monthly 65K deposit it must be an international transfer.
