more effectively and get it done now. obviously there set up of online applicable is futile as all we see if many many people complaining about it

googled name and many listings for this place call them or send a firm email.

not around Maikhao .. there really is not that much .. closest point mite be Naiyang beach about mins by road but i haven’t been there since covid so

maybe a lot of places are not open.. otherwise u need to head more into Laguna area which has many restaurants & bars but is about min drive.

reading your post further you want a work visa but to get that in the beginning you either need to have a job and sponsor or a business set up which you don't, you therefore need a retirement visa or possibly a shorter stay visa while you decide what to do, you just cant come and open a business and think you will be ok to start making money more like lose money here... as someone else said don't even contemplate marriage need we go into this further .... enjoy your time here and spend wisely...

they want money ??? just pay it won’t be much

no issue owning or driving a car here and how expensive depends on what you what to drive don’t worry about it
