I get booking on that hotel too and no one give the reservation number, so... On thai pass I just put 0000 and re approved already

If it helps once a booking is confirmed the details have to be approved by the health authorities. There are various agencies involved which stops any underhand dealings so the hotel need confirmation that everything is in place. They need to arrange sealed taxi etc and have everything available for checking and approval. They can then send you the QR code and confirmation. Be patient. I am sure it will all be ok in the end. You dont need a QR code. Just send the booking confirmation, I used Agoda, as long as it states sha+ hotel, pcr test and airport pick up you're good to go for the TP.Reply to

I stayed here and need confirmation letter. Sent email like below and got a reply straight back.
Just send an email like this;
Just following up on when you will verify my credit card for payment for ASQ - One-bedroom Suite (60sqm) THB00,000 net. arriving on xx January to xx February 2021.
Could you let me know when will you issue and email to me the confirmation letter that's required by Thailand Immigration for me to enter the country.
This letter is holding up my application for my Certificate of Entry.

Unfortunately it is very common in SE Asia that people don‘t answer to emails. Don‘t know whether it goes to Spam folder or email-address is wrong or most possibly the address is an official one which stays unchecked as nobody feels responsible as long you don’t address to a specific person. Better to contact by phone or LINE (which is very popular here and used by almost everyone)
