my OX visa was stamped 2024 when I entered in 2019, on the surface, it looks like double insurance plus length of stay reduced πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’«πŸ€¦πŸΌ. (Assuming they won’t stamp anyone past 1 year as that is all insurance companies will sell)

I am curious about the double insurance requirement.. It looks like OA visas with ~ a year left need to buy ~ a years travel insurance to enter (eg. After a short overseas holiday) with the Thai Pass. Even though they are already required to have full time, local health insurance for their visa.

I had a similar issue (but different countries and passports). I was warned that my baby son might not be able to board a plane out of the country as he had not entered it .. the risk was that he could be considered as β€˜stolen’ ..
