Do u have a Bangkok Bank account or can u open one? U could do a ACH transfer using NY Branch of Bangkok Bank and can all b done online.

And if possible can u open up a Charles Schwab account in USA? Maybe use your sister/brother address for online setup? They refund all foreign transaction fees and all ATM fees. And depending on the amount in your account u get 4 free Wires each quarter “fee free”.

How exactly does it work for 2 years? Are u saying I just do a border bounce right before the year is up and it automatically renews for another year? And is the border bounce method only good for 2 years or can I border bounce each year to keep extending? Thanks!

Take a copy of the old will. Revise it by taking out her name and adding what ever name u want in its place. Make sure to check wording for “Per Stirpes and Per Capita” depending on who u want to fall in succession.

Update it. Assign a new executor. Have it notarized here in Thailand and certified in English and Thai. Give a copy to the new executor. (If he dies before you then make sure u assign a new executor so u always have someone to show the court the most recent Will. Be sure to add/subtract what u want into the will.

When u die the new executor can show the court the new document which will automatically override the old document should the ex try to submit the old will.

this is for the initial Visa, Not the extension. Is it the same or does it need to come from a outside Thailand?

Samui better nitelife. Chaweng specifically has more nitelife than Lamai but I personally like the mix of Lamai beach w the laid back atmosphere but yet a decent amount of nitelife.

PHa Ngan is better beaches and lazy laid back.

Just about any hotel u stay at has a storage or closet. Ask. U can even offer up some small baht. 100-200 baht

ATM, Visa exempt is 30 days and u can renew it for 30 more days

After Oct 1 the Visa exempt is 45 days and 30 days extension.

The passport has a chip in it and sometimes they can still scan it to prove your identity.

Do u have a “Passport Card” along w your passport? Go to US Embassy and u can use your Passport card to prove your identity and apply for a emergency passport.

Not sure how long that takes though and they usually mail it to your Thai address, however u may be able to arrange for pickup at embassy? Give them a call.
