TLDR : Answer Summary
Several users shared their experiences regarding maintaining a Bangkok Bank account while living abroad. Most agreed that as long as the account remains active—typically by making small transfers or keeping a minimum balance—the bank should not have an issue with a foreign address. They noted that they rarely received mail from the bank and encouraged occasional usage of the account to prevent it from being frozen.
You can but you have to make a small transfer every once in while. If not, they will freeze your bank account and you cannot do anything to your bank account and money until you come to the branch and show your ID to active it. Just make sure it stay active. Not sure about the address.
They don't need to know. Do they actually even mail anything? I've had an account for a few years and barely been in Thailand at all the last 1.5 years.
