Headed to Immigration at CW next week for a Non-O (retirement). Wife filed TM30 on her house and I’m bringing a copy. Have a copy of her house papers too.
Question: I’m staying in my wife’s house do we still need to show a lease paper and make one up or will her house papers suffice w the TM30 receipt? She will b accompany me.
TLDR : Answer Summary
While applying for a Non-O (retirement) visa in Thailand and staying in your wife's house, you do not need to provide a lease agreement. Instead, you should have your wife's house registration papers and a TM30 receipt. Your wife may need to fill out a specific form during the process, along with her Thai ID and house book. Additionally, it's advisable to bring proof of your relationship with her.
