Should I be concerned about any TM30 requirements if I’m on a 60 TR Visa?
Do I have to report if I’m staying at a friends house or do it not apply to tourist on 60 days Visa?
Does it only apply for individuals stayin 90 days or more?
I’m confused. Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 reporting requirement applies universally regardless of the visa type. It mandates that the landlord or house owner report a foreigner's presence within 24 hours, even for just one night. If you're staying at a friend's house and don't plan on visiting immigration during your 60-day stay, you typically don't have to worry. However, if you intend to apply for an extension or visit immigration for any reason, you will need to ensure that the TM30 is properly filed to avoid potential fines.
Irrelevant what visa you are on, TM30 applies to everyone but as most tourists stay at a hotel they sort it out. As Brandon states, if planning to stay beyond your 60 day TV meaning a visit to Immigration then best to sort out your TM30 to avoid a fine, if going home within 60 days then you should be OK.
The law says the landlord or house owner must report within 24 hours of a foreigner arriving to stay even 1 night.
If you're not planning on going to immigration for any reason during your 60 days that you're stamped in for, then don't worry about it. You only need the TM30 when you do things at immigration.
If you plan on going for an extension, they may ask for it though and then you'll need it.
