Question is concerning the first 90 day reporting. Notification says its due 5 Oct 2023.

Im doing it online and the question says "Arrival Thailand Date:"?? Is that the day I arrived back on March 28, 2023 OR is that the date I got my 1yr extension which is 7 July 2023?

Are they actually asking for the arrival date by plane OR are they wanting the starting date of my 1 year extension which starts the 90 day counting period? Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The question concerns which date to enter for the 90-day reporting in Thailand: the date of arrival back in Thailand on March 28, 2023, or the date of the one-year extension granted on July 7, 2023. Responses suggest that the correct date to enter is the last entry date into Thailand through passport control, not the extension date. There is also discussion around whether the first 90-day report must be done in person or if it can be completed online, with conflicting experiences shared among commenters.

The first 90 day needs to be done in person. Plus you need a TM 30.

not true, never done any of my reporting in person for the last 2 year's including the first one. All online no problem.

, no restriction on the first 90 days report online. Many people successfully did their first report online. Only written restriction for online report is when you change your passport.

fair enough. That wasn't my experience this week at Cheangwattana. They wanted to see TM 30 as well.

, CW always requires you to have a TM30 receipt (and the last 90 days report receipt) for 90 days report in person while some other offices require nothing other than your passport for 90 days report in person.

BTW there are people in Bangkok who could have done their first report online.

I thought your first 90 day report had to be done “in person” ?

Arrival date. When you entered Thailand

Use the date you literally entered Thailand last time through passport control, not the date extension/visa granted.
