When should I file my 90-day report in Thailand: from my arrival date or my Non-O visa stamp?

Arrived March 28 Visa exempt for 45 days. Got extension for 30 additional days. Got my Non-O visa stamped in May 9-Aug 6.

Been staying at the same place since I arrived Mar 28. (And have the TM30 as proof).

Question: Do I file a 90 day report from Mar 28 when I initially arrived OR from when I got the Non-O retirement stamp May 9?

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day reporting period typically starts from the date of your long-term visa or extension that allows you to stay for more than 90 days. In this case, the countdown for your first 90-day report begins 89 days from the date your Non-O retirement extension was stamped in your passport, not from your arrival on a visa-exempt entry or the 30-day extension.

your 90 day reporting starts when you get a visa or extension that LETS you stay more than 90 days in thailand.

So entering visa exempt for 45 days doesn't start the count down,

Getting a 30 day extension doesn't start the count down,

Getting a 90 day non-O VISA doesn't start the count down (because you can't stay IN the country on that visa MORE than 90 days) ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

It's the year extension that starts the 90 day count down process.

Your FIRST 90 day report is due 89 days from the date they stamped the year extension IN to your passport. That's how it works out

nothing in passport and only receipt is the blue colored receipt for the money paid for the stamp.

Your first 90 days report counting usually starts when your 1-year extension starts. When you apply for an extension, you may get a small slip showing your 90 days report due date on your passport. Check the exact date with your local immigration office when you apply for an extension in late July.

I had the same question, but as she says, it starts from the 1 year extension.
