Thats not what it means mate. That means if your Thai Mrs is already in the UK. If she is in Thailand its 24 weeks for spouse (marry in thailand) or fiancee (Marry in UK) visas at the moment.

Im not sure ask your my Thai wife sorted it. But please be aware they are all super bisy and need booking 2-3 months in advance at the mo.
