Hello everyone I have a few questions below if you could help me out

I’m looking to start a small business here in thailand

The business will be similar and small, like a coffee shop, ice cream shop, etc. but we’ll have our own twist. So just a small little shop. 

1) what is visa requirement to do this

2) what is the investment requirement by government standards

3) do I have to hire locals to work, or those there have to be a national with ownership in it as well?
