I have a question about a similar situation. I recently arrived and currently hold a Non-Immigrant Type O visa. I haven’t transferred the 800,000 THB yet, nor have I applied for the one-year extension. Now, I need to return home for a month or two and then come back. Am I eligible to apply for a re-entry permit in this situation?
